Mitch,

On July 30, we spoke on the phone. I was inquiring about your services for a senior banquet which will take place on May 20, 2011. At this time our budget looks smaller than your rough estimate of $400. I was hoping to be able to accommodate 170-180 people for $300. I will continue to look, but may be back in touch. Thank you for your time and friendly patience with my questions on the phone.
